Matcha Matcha was well-positioned in the industry with a high-quality product. However, as the popularity of matcha grew, new competitors started to pop-up, leading to increased competition. The lead to a plateau in eCommerce sales growth.
Our solution
We worked closely with the Matcha Matcha team to understand their business and customers. With this research, we developed a digital marketing strategy combining a mix of Google Ads and Meta Ads to help Matcha Matcha gain more visibility within the expanding market. We set up analytics to accurately monitor campaign performance and implemented a series of campaign tests to find the highest return on investment areas. Once we discovered profitable and scalable campaigns, we met with the team and started increasing the budget in places where the return on ad spend was favourable.
Results
