The challenge
The team at Lissom wasn’t seeing the e-commerce sales growth with their existing provider and knew there was a lot more potential to increase e-commerce sales with their growing range of luxury skincare and beauty products.
Our solution
We worked closely with the Lissom team to understand their business, customers, market and their more profitable product lines. This research helped us shape an agile digital marketing strategy which involved plenty of advertising tests, to understand the campaign that would provide Lissom with the best return on investment. We continue to manage Google search, Google shopping, Google display, social media advertising and Lissom’s website updates.
Results
In the first 12 month period of our partnership, Lissom grew e-commerce sales by 78% compared to the previous period. This was produced with a more efficient ad spend not a significant increase in ad spend. Over this period we maintained an average return on ad spend of 952%.
